Her art focuses on the surreal images based on the childhood memories, historical facts and everyday life experiences. She brings up serious and important questions of our existence: struggle, equality and transformation. Themes such as nostalgia, idealization of society, forms and lines, love and joy, passion, mortality, virtual habitat and heroes arise. Each artwork creates a surreal platform, where reality has hidden motifs and mystical subjects, where ancient folklore appears and naive images come to life...

Title : Tree of life

Technique : Watercolour on pure cotton paper (Arches, 356 gsm).

Artist's statement : "Two standing angels on both sides guarding and inviting at the same time to admire the Tree of Life. Tree itself is nothing but a complicated ring. The roots go into the tree, golden branches into the ornament and the ornament into the roots again. Purple background symbolizes the Universe. Secured by the roots there is a womb at the bottom of the Tree".
