A single grain of rice

Eva APOSTOLOUDI

Eva APOSTOLOUDI was born in 1987 in Thessaloniki, Greece and lives in Lagyna.

In 2011 I graduated from the school of Infrastructure Engineering of Alexandreio Technological Institute of Thessaloniki. I speak fluently English and Italian.

I come from a family of artists (my grandmother was an autodida ctrl hagiography and my mother is a designer) so there were many incentives through my childhood. I, also, attended for two years classes of architectural design.

For the last four years I attend painting lessons in the Art Club of Northern Greece, a non profit organisation which intends to spread the art. I also teach painting to children voluntarily.

Most of my works can be characterised as linear, but I emphasise more on the abstract techniques that I learn in painting lessons that I attend and lately i use mixed media also in my abstract paintings.

Though the organisation I attended  in one group exhibition in Athens in March of 2017 with the title «The magical power of image» in Chilli Gallery, and in December of 2017 I participated in a group exhibition-contest of painting (Un seul  grain de riz, Metanoia Gallery).
